Head Chefs are good for overseeing the kitchen operation including but not limited to managing a team of chefs, writing/managing menus, ordering & stock management

Standard Rates:

Monday-Friday: $85/hr
Saturday: $95/hr
Sunday: $105/hr

Penalty Surcharges

Public Holidays: 200%
7pm-7am: 20%
No Meal Break: 20% per hr after 5hrs
Over 8hrs: 150%

Notes:

Minimum booking of 5hrs for chefs
