I was absolutely impressed with the service and the food served by Mathew with Hire a chef. I firstly never thought there was such a thing to hire and have chef come to your home to serve for a function. I was excited to find that Hire a Chef would do just that. I recently organised a hen's night at an Airbnb in the Blue Mountains and organised for Mathew to come and serve three courses for a large group of ladies. The food was spectacular, the service was amazing, we had a waiter to serve us and best of all clean up. We didn't have to lift a finger. Thankyou Mathew for creating a truly memorable night and experience. I highly recommend Hire a Chef and will use this service again in the future.read more

Hire-a Chef catered the reception after our son's garden wedding. Matt was great to communicate with, always quick to respond and helpful with suggestions and lots of options and choices. We wanted a casual feel so had canapes which were provided over a three hour period. He adapted some of my food choices to suit our vegetarian guests and the chef and waitress on site were very professional but also very friendly and the food was fabulous and plenty of it. Every guest I spoke to afterwards commented on the quality of food. Everything was made from fresh ingredients on site and tasted delicious and the kitchen was left clean and tidy and all guests satiated after a lovely celebration. Would definitely recommend Matt and his team. Thanks for making this special day a success.read more

Matt was easy to liaise with to arrange our catering for a family Christmas event. He was happy to accommodate last minutes requests. On the day of the event, Matt & his team were punctual, food was great and went out as scheduled enabling our event to go smoothly. Hire a chef catered my fathers birthday, from start to finish Matt and his team have been a pleasure to deal with.The food was amazing, fresh and delicious.
