Mon-Fri: $50.00 per hour (with base rate $250)
Sat: $65.00 per hour (with base rate $325)
Sun: $80.00 per hour (with base rate $400)
*The base rate is the minimum daily rate for commis chef bookings allowing up to 5hrs. After 5hrs an hourly rate will be charged in 15 minute increments rounded up.
**Rates are for commis chef positions. For running a section (CDP) add $15/hr & for Running a team or kitchen (sous or head chef) add $40/hr.

Additional Time: An hourly rate of the day above will be charged in 15 minute increments and billed with 7 days payment terms.
Travel: is calculated after 30km travel from Oran Park town center at a rate of $2 per km.
Split Shifts: Where there is more than 1hour shift break, a rate of $50/hour will be charged after the intial 1 hour in 15minute increments rounded up. The base rate of 5 hours cannot be broken into a split shift with any break within the first 5hr included in the minimum time.
